Before your tenancy begins, a thorough inventory documenting the property’s condition and contents is essential. Aview Homes handles this crucial step for you. We ensure maximum exposure for your property across various media platforms to attract the perfect tenant.
Once a tenant expresses interest, we promptly communicate all details and special conditions, empowering you to make an informed decision. Upon accepting an offer, we proceed with collecting references, arranging the Tenancy Agreement signing, and securing the moving-in payment (rent + deposit).
Landlord Lettings
For an additional fee, we offer preparation services including check-in and inventory, Gas Safety Inspection & Portable Appliance Test arrangement, and professional cleaning. On completion, keys are released to the inventory clerk or tenant on moving-in day.
For managed properties, we provide the tenant with their dedicated Property Manager’s contact details, ensuring a seamless tenant experience.
